Kelly Clarkson Makes Male Fan Swoon

If Kelly Clarkson ever doubted the intense feelings of some of her fans, that doubt was erased last week when she found some of her tour personnel surrounding "a guy who was sitting on the ground. He couldn't even stand. Someone said, 'He's not doing well.' I thought the guy was sick, but he was just crying because he was excited. He was flipping out. I've never seen a fan get like that," says the original "American Idol" winner.
