Clarkson Was "Smelly Kelly" As A Child

Kelly Clarkson says she's a hygiene freak now after getting in late on the deodorant game.

The former "American Idol" winner tells Jane Magazine when she was growing up her mom was too busy working -- so she never got the girlie talk. She says her friends even called her "smelly Kelly." And it wasn't because it rhymed -- as she used to think.
